All sales at Brisket Chips Co. are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges under any circumstances once an order is placed and confirmed. This includes all products sold on our website and through any authorized sales channels.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.

  2. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, incorrect selection of product, or inability to use the product.

  3. No exchanges will be offered for alternate flavors, sizes, or products.

  4. Defective or Damaged Items:
    If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us at info@basjerky.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will review your case on a case-by-case basis and determine an appropriate resolution. Genuine defects may be eligible for replacement at our sole discretion.
